For the
last 3-years my wife and I
have been looking for a lake
front property. We decided
that Lake Viking was the
lake we liked best. We
dealt with 3 different real
estate people over a 3-year
period. They were always
trying to sell us something
we didn’t want. Some even
argued with me and told me
that this is the way all
lake front property is when
I knew it wasn’t. They also
did not listen to what I was
describing as the ideal
place for me.
Then
came Jana Hanson. We liked

something we didn’t want or

prompt and always pleasant
to deal with. She helped us
for about two months but the
right property had not come
our way yet. Then, one day

suggested that we come ASAP
to look at it because it
would not last long at the
price it was. She was
right. We looked at it and
made an offer that same
day. It took a month to get
all of the details worked
out with appraisals,
inspections and other
unforeseen obstacles but we
finally made it to closing.
Jana was there the whole way
and earned every penny she
made on this sale.
It has
been a month now since we
closed on the property and
Jana still continues to
help. Since we don’t live
at the lake or even in
Missouri, it is hard for us
to know when a storm or
other problem might pop up.
Last night there was some
bad weather at Lake Viking.
Jana called to tell me that
she just left our property
and did not see any damage.
It was a relief to know that
it was OK and the she cared
enough to help out.
I will
recommend Jana Hanson to
everyone I talk to. She is
the most honest, hard
working and reliable real
estate agent I have ever
dealt with. She is welcome
at our house anytime!
